Return Policy
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns must first be requested via: info@kness.com
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Damaged, worn, or used items may be refused.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- We strongly recommend keeping proof of shipment for your return until the process has been completed.
- Kness is not responsible for lost return packages without proof of shipment or tracking information.
- Would you like to exchange an item? Please contact us at info@kness.com.
- Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please report this within 48 hours of delivery via info@kness.nl
- International returns are accepted unless stated otherwise. Any additional shipping or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Kness reserves the right to refuse returns that are sent outside the permitted return period and/or do not comply with this Return Policy. In the case of a refused return, the items may be sent back to the customer at their expense to cover shipping costs.
